Accessing Videos
- Open Wellness Modules in the left menu
- Click Module Menu to open the sidebar
- Expand the module containing the video
- Click the video link (usually labeled with the topic name)
Video Player Features
- Play/Pause: Click the video or use the spacebar
- Volume: Adjust audio using the volume slider
- Full Screen: Click the expand icon for immersive viewing
- Progress Bar: Scrub through the video to jump to specific sections
- Playback Speed: Some videos allow speed adjustment (0.5x to 2x)
